Friday 10th October 2003
I’ve just sent off my application to med school at last. I left it a bit late but just couldn’t stop re-drafting it. So this is it! I’ve applied to Durham, Barts, Kings, and PMS for medicine. I’ve also applied for Pure Maths at Queen Mary’s and Biology/Medical Stats and Plymouth, which I’m hoping I won’t have to do. I had my hep B injection a week ago so another one in a bit. Got work tomorrow as a sales assistant but I have applied for a new job as a phlebotomist. That’s it for today.

:shock: just realised i'm actually applying to uni, how scary is that!!!

I realise i've been really bad at this weblog thing cos i've already had two interview and it hasn't been updated since my application was just processed.
I had my first interview on the 20th November at PMS which meant going to sunny exeter for two days!! It went okay but not brilliantly and should get a decision either just before/after christmas!!
My second one was six days later and involved going to stockton. This interview went better than my last one but i won't hear till march!!!!
I'm still waiting to hear from Barts and Kings. I haven't even got a postcard from either but still two interviews yeh!!
A whole day of college today

cos my chemistry lectures ill but i have to go to work later. I've been moved from the perfume counter of doom to the switch board which means i'm now the annoying person who goes
'Whilst instore today why not visit our so and so department for things that you don't want at incredible prices!!' over the tanoy.
