Yesterday I got more injections then planned. The nurse was really nice. I asked her if she needed to see proof of my application to Medical school after reading a thread, she just laughed and told me she believed me and not to worry. So I felt a bit silly ops: So I ended up having my Hep b along with Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio YUCK! My arms are really sore, especially as my Son keeps banging into them :x
The health visitor is coming tomorrow at 4:00 to give Carter his 2 year check up. I'm slightly worried as he can't talk yet. I know he has nothing wrong with him, as his hearing and his learning are excellent. But everytime either my Husband or myself try and get him to talk, he just ends up smacking us in the mouth and running off!
Still no news on the University front, that reminds me, I better check the tracking system to make sure there are no UNSUCCESSFUL's on there!
I have been really tired today, so I have not done much, apart from some washing.
Going to watch the rest of Doctor's, then off for a bath.
Oooooh forgot to mention, I was right about Kelly being the Kellor killer  What an evil cow
Bye Bye....

I have been on the go all morning!
Got up quite late for me, as I thought I need all the sleep I can considering I have to get up at 5:00 tomorrow morning in order to get myself, my husband and my son ready, before catching a bus to Nottingham train station, and heading off to King's Lynn  :? So I got up at 8:00am
I have just spent over 2 hours washing and drying my hair. I'm not lying when I say it's really thick! Once my friend was doing my hair, before a night out on the tiles, and she told me that when her Mum's hair is relaxed (as she has afro-caribbean hair) that mine is the same thickness! Everytime I go to a hair dresser they ALWAYS say, I have never in my whole career had to deal with hair as thick as yours.... :x It gets on my nerves!
Enough ranting! Got my interview tomorrow at 12:00. I hope the train comes on time, or it does not break down. It will be my first time ever there, so I'm going to make the most of it and have a good look round. Someone told it it is very small, kind of like where I'm living now, so I should not find it too much of a shock
Nothing yet on the interview front. Oh well, just keep on having to look at the tracking system hoping my heart does not give out on me before accessing my information!
Got the health visitor coming today to give Carter his progress test, so that should be fun!
Now I have to finish cleaning the house, don't want to think I'm living in a rut!
Great! Carter has just shat his nappy   So I better change that before I finish my housework. What a life I live

Compared to yeterday, today is really boring!!!
Yesterday, I got up at 5:00am, which was far too early even for me! Caught my train on time, and got to King's Lynn with plenty of time to spare. It seems quite nice there, not like I expected, but still nice.....Took Carter to the park for a bit, where he made friends with a little boy a couple of years older then him, which is really nice to see. Afterwards I went for my interview with Derek Holmes at College of West Anglia. It was quite relaxed, and he was pretty laid back. He then took me and a guy who was late for his interview, due to the London underground strikes, around the college for a tour. When we arrived back in reception he offered me a place! It made my long journey seem rewarding.
After I signed Carter up for the creche, which he did not want to leave  Martin, Carter and I took a walk into town, and after an hour of looking, found a nice pub where we had a quick pint and some lunch. Then we walked to the train station and caught a train to Ely. Once we arrived, our train got delayed by nearly 2 hours!!! However, Carter amused everyone by taking crisps of some girl (she was about 16) and then dished them out to people sitting in the waiting room. Once the crisps had run out, he then started standing on people's feet, this is his way of showing his Puma trainers, then made everyone pick him up! It was a little embarrassing at times, but people did not seem to mind ops:  . Carter also took a shine to a girl who was about 18, he kept on wanting a kiss, and sat on her lap. He a right ladies man, and he is not quite 2 yet!!!!
When we finally got home, I ran a bath and went straight to bed, it was only 9:00pm
I forgot to mention, the Health Visitor which came on Thursday. She was very impressed with Carter's comprehension skills and said he was very advanced for his age, so was not too concerned by the fact he can't speak yet. I was also told boys develop slower then girls
Still have not had any news from Soton or SGHMS, don't mind though as I know it may take a while to hear either way
Going to have a couple of glasses of wine later, the highlight of the week

Still no news Plus my faithful Postie is off this week. He is great, always delivers our post before 9:00am every day, but the one that's standing in is crap! Today I did not get my post until 3:00pm, which is annoying me!
I'm so bored.
Carter is trying to sit on the computer, so I'm going to sort him out!
Bye

I want my Postman back  For the past week we have been getting odds and ends, 3 different Posties in one week! Yesterday took the piss, I did not get my post until quater to four! Although, today it came at 10! I'm not used to having post that late. I'm going to hug my Postie when he comes back!
Despite the fact the post has been up the creek, still no letters for interview. Keep checking track progress, and no UNSUCCESSFUL's, which is fine by me!
Going to Tesco in a bit, as Martin has got paid and our cupboards are bare! Plus I want to get Carter his birthday cake and jelly and ice cream, as he is 2 tomorrow! It's strange to think that this time 2 years ago, I was in pain hoping he would pop out asap! Now he is running around the living room kicking a ball!
Better go, as I have to meet Martin soon.
Bye

It's Carter's Birthday!!!
Last night, Martin and I blew up lots of balloons and tied them up around the living room. There are also a few loose ones, as Carter likes to kick them about, like a football!
He loves the toy garage we got him, and his new top. Later we are going to have jelly and ice cream, before giving him his Tweenie birthday cake
Carter received a nice e-mail this morning, an e-card. When he heard the music he started dancing and clapping his hands. Then he saw the picutre and gave my screen a hug and a kiss  I had to clean it afterwards...He is going through a phase at the moment of hugging and kissing people and toys, it's really cute! Much better then being smacked in the head.
My Mum is coming over at 1:00pm, to give him more pressies.
Going now to bath him...

Can't get his own way
Time for bed
Trying to watch interesting program:
Finally, I want attention
Some of the things us mothers go through

No news yet, so still calm!
22 days until Christmas!!!!
I was really sad, and put my tree up on Saturday while Martin listened to the Football. I was surprised that the tree lights still worked, we have had them for 3 years, and they were really cheap. I remember buying them from Woolworths when I was heavily preggers with The Cartman, oh memories.
I have brought nearly all my Xmas presents, and have wrapped them up and put them under my tree. I'm surprised Carter has not pulled the tree over, or tried to open any of the pressies, but he has remained good and let them be. I just have one more present to buy Martin, and a couple more to get my Mum and her new man, then I will be finished.
On Sunday, we all went to Tesco. I spent £20 on Christmas food, such as peanuts and pickled onions....I also brought some chocolate tree decorations. Martin and I, have also ordered our Turkey and some other nice bits from good old Marks & Spencer!
Off now to see if the postie is coming, I hope there is not a gas bill in his bag with my name on it

Get this! Martin, did his UCAS form and sent it off last week, for LLB Law. His application was processed within 2 days, and he received his AS2 letter 3 days after that. This morning I checked Track Progress, and he has an UNCONDITIONAL offer at one of the universities! I'm really pleased, but a bit jealous  He is in a really good mood, and keeps on singing 'I am the Champion', and doing a silly dance in front of me
I, however, still remain in the dark

I had my second Hep B injection, yesterday, and now my arm is a little bit sore
I still have not heard anything from Soton or SGHMS, I gather they are getting the 5 year and GEP applicants out of the way, before they give out interviews from their foundation years.
I have been so bored this week, more then normal! I really want to be invited to an interview, in order to have an excuse to buy a bottle of Champagne. I really love the stuff
Carter has been a really nice boy this week. He has been helping me, well he thinks he is  , around the house, and has given me lots of cuddles and kisses.
I have brought all my Christmas presents for Martin and Carter, and some of my Xmas food. I just have my Mum and her Bloke to buy for.
Martin has got the Christmas week off work, so we will be going into Nottingham to pick up our Turkey and posh nosh from good old Marks & Sparks, on Monday 22nd. We will then do our Tesco shop on the Tuesday and our Booze shop the day after. I'm thinking of buying a bottle of Champers for Xmas day, as I said, an excuse.
Going to make a cup to coffee.
