    WMS 2010 Entry

    Hi all,

    Seems rather quiet on this thread - any other potential Warwick medics?

    Sent my application on the 14th, was acknowledged this morning!

    I'm trying not to focus too much on any of my 4 choices as I know it'd be a miracle to get one offer so trying to avoid having a favourite!

    Am applying to Warwick also, but have yet to receive an aknowedgement. If you don't mind me asking, how did they contact you? Mail or e-mail? Would love to go to Warwick as it's so close to home, its such a good med school and my twin is in her first year there!

    I sent my application on Oct 14th and got an email on the 16th acknowledging it

    Warwick were actually the first to acknowledge mine - think I sent my application on the 5th and got acknowledged on the 8th or something like that.

    Wow smeane - your UKCAT score is awesome!!
    2010 Entry:
    Newcastle GEP - one year down, three to go!

    UKCAT - 692.5 average
    Degree: 1st in Biomedical Science

    Hello, i'm applying there too! Probably my 1st or 2nd choice but yeah would be happy to get in anywhere! Got my acknowledgement around 2 days after i sent my app off (Oct 4th ish).

    Thanks Seriously don't know how that happened haha got 620 two years previous....

    I sent off my application via ucas on the 10th or 11th and haven't had an acknowledgement....eep. Do you think I should ring up admissions or just wait/sweat it out?

    Hi Smeane, I sent out my application on the 10th too and got an acknowledgement a few days later. May be worth checking with them, they have been very helpful with the questions I have e-mailed over before.

    I am assuming december - they mentionned it at the open day but I forgot!
