Uk - Us - Uk Worth It?

I've read a lot of useful information on this forum, thanks every1!

One final question, and I'll put it simply to save everyone's time.

Is it worth studying and graduating in the UK, while doing this, studying and passing your USMLE's. Get into a residency in the US, and then come back to the uk??

By doing this, are you bypassing the FY years? and when u've finished your residency can you join the uk system again?

    Thanks guys!

I know people who have done it, but why would you train at the postgraduate level in a system that will not prepare you for your eventual destination (UK)?
