This site provides 1000s of questions in USMLE format for the Step 1, 2 and 3 exams. Each answer has an explanatory paragraph and high yield hits and will give you the edge when you come to sit your exam.

Why dont you visit the site and take a look at the free Trial tests and see what you think before you decide whether to purchase a subscription!?
If you subscribe you can assemble your own tests (with or without time limits), decide whether you only want to be tested on certain topics (e.g. surgery or biochemistry) and compare your results with others and over time.
