thanks! it sort of is now.. haha! what about you? is it your first choice?
the interview went pretty well! the interviewers are really nice. i mean.. in some questions i felt like they were a little pushy but it's all good. and i really enjoy the hypothetical questions! overall i had a very pleasant time at the interview!

didn't expect they give the offer so soon! i was really surprised! have they told you about the conditions of the offer yet?

Had my interview yesterday and i think it went really well. Yesterday was the last interview date so offer should be coming pretty soon. I don't want to jinx it or anything but i think i handled the questions well and got all the ethical points right e.t.c. However i was told that they interviewed over 700 applicants for 240 offers leaving a ~3:1 ratio of offers which is a bit scary. The place did seem really nice though and the interviewers, who i guess some were tutors seemed really friendly. It's kind of strange now because i was told they start ranking all applicants this monday and so i may know there decision by next week, seems like a really quick response compared to my other choices.

Am I the only one who has been obsessively checking track every hour today? I know it's ridiculous but can't stop myself. So nervous about potential offer even though I'm fairly sure I messed up 1 or 2 stations so wouldn't be surprised to get rejected
    Applying 2010:

    UEA: 5yr - Offer! (Declined)
    Sheffield: 5yr - Offer! (Declined)
    Barts 4yr - Offer! (FIRM)
    Warwick 4yr - Offer! (Declined)

I got an offer this morning and am still in denial. KES83, I know what you mean when you say you are obsessively checking online. From what I've read on this forum, you have no need to worry as domestic students don't usually start getting offers till the 3rd of March until the 7th/8th. So you have a great deal of time.
    High school grade: 90%
    UKCAT: 647.5
    UCAS: Oct 15
    Choices:
King's (5 year)- acknowledged Nov- rejected w/out interview
    HYMS (5 year)- rej 11/06 w/ interview
UEA (5 year)-- interview Feb 18- Offer March 1st- FIRM!
    Birmingham (5 year)-rejected March 12
It's been quite a cycle but off to medical school come Sept '10!!
