    Well its what I have heard, but i reckon it could be a joke.....I'll find out when i get back......if it is freshers only, i'm getting a fresher to buy my ticket and going anyhows

    Registration starts on the 18th but the Medsoc Freshers starts from the 15th till 23rd.

    I read the email again about freshers, its says "all welcome" therfore I persuming i was told wrong...maybe they meant, freshers first then others.

    I think accom expect you to arrive 15, 16th to collect keys

    18th, that monday all you gotta do is register...then that week has intro lectures and Occ health checks....the first week of pbl unit 1 starts the following monday for you guys

    I don't recall hearing anything about mentoring yet - has it just passed me by or have they not emailed people about it yet?
    Finally Dr Bex, currently working as an F1 in paeds and loving it!

    There's a part of the application form for medsoc which is for the mentoring programme. It says we'd be assigned two mentors and they ask for anything you can tell them about your background to help them match you swith someone appropriate.I think it's a very good thing.
