Ok, let's clear a few things up.
There's 250 OFFERS, there are about 130 places in each year and the powers that be reckon half of the offers will be accepted/met.
Remember that not everyone applying to Med School uses this forum so they have rejected people and you wouldn't know about it! Doesn't mean they haven't rejected anyone yet.
The expected deadline for Ucas replies is April but that's assuming you've heard back from all your applications. If you haven't, that deadline doesn't apply to you. The deadline you'll get is about a month (?? may have to check that) after you hear from your last uni. From talking to people, it seems quite common in Medicine that you may not hear back from all your unis before then.
Keep calm everyone and fingers crossed

Do Access course students get automatic interviews
Last year I was automatically interviewed by UEA becasue I was undertaking an Access course. Does anyone know if this policy is still in place for all Access course students? Is anyone in the same position as I am?
I am quite worried as I have heard nothing.Last edited by spanner; 03-02-2006 at 12:12 AM.

3rd year UEA Biology undergraduate (predicted a dodgy 2:1) applying to:
UEA - 5 year - Had interview
BSMS - 5 year - Rejected
KCL - GEP - Rejected....well with 45th percentile on MSAT, I was still happy
St George's - GEP - waiting on GAMSAT
