Schedule / Timetable / Courses for UCC graduate entry medicine?

Hi all-

I know there isn't a whole lot of activity on the UCC subforum; however, I was hoping to start a thread that contains information regarding the schedule and timetable of the graduate entry medicine program(me) at UCC (i.e. the 4-year course).

I read a nice overview (given by Ronin) of the first year in UCD's graduate entry medicine program HERE.

Can any current UCC 4-year GEP students weigh in on how similar the UCC first year is to UCD (given the link above)? From reading several threads related to Irish medical schools on NNM, it appears as if RCSI's course seems to be a little different from the others. Just curious as to how similar the other GEP 4 year courses are.

Any information you have regarding the schedule and any advice you may have for any of the courses would be much appreciated.

In the UCD GEP link (above), there is mention of exemptions from certain classes if you provide documentation that shows the course content and your transcripts, etc.
Is this something that any of you do at UCC?

First academic term:
August 24, 2009 to December 11, 2009.

Second academic term:
January 4, 2010 to April 16, 2010.

Third academic term:
April 19th, 2010 until mid July (exact date to be announced).
