Residency in Surgery

Hi!
Is there anyone who is training in surgery at san diego school of medicine?I would like some informations about this residency in San Diego (in particular General Surgery or/and Vascular Surgery) possibly from someone who is working there.Is it a good school of surgery?

This is the first active visit to this site. Ineed to know from the some experience doctors if there is any course in pediatric orthopaedic that i can apply to here in CA.

actually it is really tough!!few positions available for IMGs. how about your USMLE scores and your status?
