    Quantitative Reasoning

    Hello,

I would like to get some advice on this section of the UKCAT, as this is my weakest section and I always run out of time when practicing?

    Many thanks.

P.S: I find it almost impossible!

You can use the on screen calculator but the problem is that it takes up a large amount of the time you have per question. What I'm considering to do is to guess any questions that look like they'll take up too much calculator time, flag them, and if I have time I'll try to work through any questions that I've flagged.

I guess it's just a coincidence we have two Zedd's, both at Aberdeen, wanting to apply to study Medicine. ;p

I think the one on TSR is fit, have you seen the cat in the avatar!?

Oh shizzle my cover is blown!!

The cat is called Realfield, it's a version of the Garfield comic only that he is like a real cat and can't understand Jon

I'm a graduate applicant too, thinking of putting down Aberdeen for dentistry. How is it up there? I'm from Manchester and won't really have the time or cash to go up there and check it out.

Ooooh risky mate. Considering it's a 4 year dental programme it might be worth living in less than ideal surroundings. What is your first degree in? I'd suggest getting up here for a day or two to have a look around tbh, otherwise it'd have to be a backup choice or something.
