Hi Masuda,
Are the questions on your site modeled on the 2011 UKCAT tests? I am particularly concerned about the Abstract Reasoning section as it has changed significantly.
Thank you.

Hi Bruce
We send staff to sit the test every year to keep us current - I am not aware of any changes to the Abstract Reasoning section since last year - as far as I am aware this section has not had any changes to it since the beginning.
I wonder if you are thinking of the Verbal Reasoning section which has the 4 statement question format this year in addition to the True False Can't Tell questions.
We have added questions in the new Verbal Reasoning format to our service based on those added to the Pearson Vue practice tests and to the information the UKCAT consortium have released this year.
I am sitting the test on the 3rd July and my colleague is sitting it on the 4th July so we can get a look at the new questions in the actual test and keep the service up to date.
We wish you all the best with your UKCAT and application to university

Hi Masuda,
Thank you for your reply. I agree that the Verbal Reasoning section has been updated with 4-option questions.
May I please know when the site is to be updated please.
Also I think the Abstract Reasoning section has had a different examiner because my friends and I have felt a difference in difficulty.
Thank you.

HI Masuda,
Just to let you know I have found some more errors on the site. The AR test 7, answers for 6 8 and 9 are all wrong according to the criteria.

Hi snakefisch
Thank you for taking the time to feedback. Q6 is correct - there are too many dots for it to belong to either set. Question 8 is correct, it belongs to Set B - it follows the same pattern as the very last box on Set B (Bottom Right) which has one dot for each 4 triangles as well as some extra triangles that do not make up another full set of 4. Q.9 is not marking itself correctly and should mark Neither as correct - there being too many dots for it to belong to Set A and too few to belong to Set B. I will correct that today.
We are happy to discuss specific questions and you would get a much faster response if you contact the office directly via email (info@ukcatprep.com) or using the online help forms rather than through New Media Medicine.
Kind Regards
