    Hi
Is there anyone out there who would like an online GAMSAT buddy for the Sep 2012 GAMSAT test? I am changing career, I don't have a Science background and not amazing at maths either but I would like to see if I can pass the GAMSAT which will allow me to apply for a medicine degree. So I'm not sure where to start and if you are in the same boat i'm sure 2 heads are better than one! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey guys! I am from London, and will be applying for either grad entry medicine or undergrad entry. I am looking for someone to revise with someone maybe, I am currently practicing the 600+ book and also online questions answers, but to discuss and share ideas will be useful.

Please contact me as soon as. I am giving the exam in first week of August.

    Sitting UKCAT for practice?

Can anybody please advice me? I just completed my 1st year in Biomedical science. I hope to apply for medicne for 2014 as a Grad applicant. But I was wondering whether it could benefit me if I sit UKCAT this year to see where I would stand and to identify areas where remedial work is needed, before I sit it again next year prior to applying in October 2013.

You can sit the UKCAT for practice, and it would give you a good idea of where you need to practice, it will even give you a nice idea of where you sit in regards to the various university cut off scores and the averages compared to other NMM users who took this years UKCAT. However, it is also a waste of £65-£80. You could just as easily sit the UK CAT Practice Tests and see your scores for free. From there you'll have a nice idea of what you need to improve, and a rough idea of how you compare to other site users from what they say their results were.

I don't think sitting the actual exam will benefit you much more than that, but you might then know what's expected from the exam centre (ID, layout, etc...).
