In the 600 Q UKCAT book, which I have just started, it is taking me 15 - 20 minutes to do each scenario when according to the book it should take me 3.4 minutes approximately.
I know everyone finds the QR questions in this book tougher, but am I too too slow?
I can do the questions, but they are time consuming, and I have got 2 questions wrong in scenarios 1-3 so far.

That is a bit too slow as you only have a limited time to do each senario in the exam however the questions are slightly easier so it shouldn't take you that long plus the test is meant to be challenging and so time may be one of the barriers for completing the exam. I never found that I had to do much more than 1 or 2 steps per question.

Hi,
I did mine this weekend and got:
VR 580
QR 790
AR 690
DA 650
Average 678
I'm thinking of applying to Southampton, Dundee, Aberdeen, Sheffield? Any advice on whether my score is good enough?

I guess it's good for Dundee. As far as I know they say that the average of the admitted students there is 650.
I don't know much about the others but I suggest you be careful with Sheffield as they have a very high cutoff, sth like over 670.2011 Applicant
UCAS sent:
Oxford St.John's A100 - Rejected 30/11/10
St Andrews (M) A100 - Interviewed 16/2/11 Rejected
Dundee A100 - Rejected 16/12/10
Queen's A100 - CONDITIONAL! 6/5/11
King's C700 - Rejected
BMAT: just...poor
UKCAT: AVG 672.5

Yeah sheffield was about 670 last year and may well go up this year, so 678 could be borderline
Apart from Sheffield a score above 650 won't limit your choices too much

Does anyone know what the cutoff for KCL was? Do they look at averages or do they look at individual sections? THANKS!!!!
