    How is the REAL UKCAT?

Just like me, i am sure a lot of people are woundering my questions. I know there is already a few threads about this but they are not specfic enough for what i need answering.
I have been doing UKCAT questions from the website onexamintaion. The website average score there is 42.8% and mine is 61.2%. I want to know roughly if this is a good % and roughly what score it might be (i know its very hard to work out). I just did the practice UKCAT from the pearsonvue website and it blew me away. The questions were very hard and for the VR and QR i was very pushed for time. Infact in the QR i got to 20/44 questions and had like 3-5 minutes lefts and ended up guessing most of them. IS this how it will be in the real exam? I.e. long scripts to read in VR?

    Thanks in advance.

The online questions are not a good measure of testing yourself. I would strongly reccomment you by books that explain the reasoning behing the questions and have hundreds of practice questions that you can do under timed conditions.
I have books that I'm trying to sell (I start medicine next month and no longer need them) if you're interested PM me. Alternatively, you can buy UKCAT books in any good book shop.

this website is very good, it tells me what the answers are and explains how to get it, also there are mock exams which are timed.

I found the real exam was much more like the short version test..the QR questions on the full online test are much longer than the real thing

But that is just my opinion
