Last few days!:((((((

I have my UKCAT next week!!

I find the first two sections the hardest to complete within the time limit....

I just did the practice Verbal reasoning of the UKCAT website under TIMED conditions :

I answered 40 questions out of the 44, and randomly guessed the other 4
(i.e q9,10,11,12 - the boring one about social mobility due to tooo much text)

I marked it got 26 out of 44 which equates to ~ 532/900.

Will I get rejected from uni's if i get around 530 for verbal?????

The thing is I planned to spend 2 minutes on each topic and because of this i skim read v fast and get loads wrong???

Any help on this??!!!!!!!!

The conversion is not as simple as that. Nobody knows how they score it. But kudos to you! 26/44 is actually quite good to get from the horrible online ones seeing as the passages are flipping novels!

As long as you go in knowing how the tests work you should be fine.

Try writing your own too, this will really allow you to get your head around the format, but make sure you stick to the rules.
