Unhappy Really BAD UKCAT scores!! HELP!!!
I did my UKCAT the other day and my results are really bad!!!
VR = 530
QR = 660
AR = 520
DA = 520

Three of the sections are below 600!!! Help me!! Am I not gonna get any offers for interview??
I need advice!!
Btw, I'm applying to Bristol, Cardiff, Leicester and Aberdeen...
I'm taking the IB and my predicted grades are high (I hope...)
HELP!!!!

p/s: I'm an international student.

Ok, first things first...you need to calm down! lol. The ukcat isn't the be all and end all of getting into Med. You should check out my posts on the other threads that are the same as the one you have just started.

Bristol, Liverpool and Birmingham don't use it at all. Also, Aberdeen, dundee and Keele are pretty good too, as in they don't rank you by your ukcat. I got an average of 642.5 for my ukcat.

Ermmm..
I wish I could apply to Liverpool.. bt I'm not sure my grades are high..
As for Birmingham, the interview is in the U.K...!
I live in Malaysia!!! Huhu...
That's why my choices are limited..
I could only apply to universities that conduct interviews overseas particularly in Msia...

Oh right, sorry didn't know that. Malaysia...cool! You'll just have to keep researching the medical schools websites of the universities and also take a look at Medschoolsonline - A Guide to Getting into Medical School in the UK

I'm from Malaysia too=)
just did my UKCAT today...and I score real bad!
I'm applying to Aberdeen,East Anglia,St andrews and Cardiff.
i'm really worried plus A2 finals are coming soon.=s
