Ukcat-questions

I am yet to do any extensive research into the UKCAT Tests, could any briefly explain to me what they entail? They sound quite heavy from some of the posts on here, any example questions would also be useful x x

well this year there were 4 main sections (but the last one was discounted as was though unfair or something) anyway you basically have questions in which you have a passage of text and then you answer questions based on that like...according to this passage the sky is blue (simplified but you get the idea) you need none of yuour own knowledge i think it is all technique. the next section is maths, mostly stats, then there is one where you have to match shapes into a pattern and the final onwe is code cracking.
there was also a new section this year which was meant to assess your personality where they asked questions like do people confide in you?
hope that helps i recomend getting the BMAT and UKCAT practice book( can't remember exactly what its called but its blue)

xxx

If anyone wants to buy a discounted 'Passing UKCAT book' Ill be happy to sell mine. It definitely helped me get a good score because it familiarises you with the style of questions asked. It costs 15 pounds but Ill sell it for 5 quid plus P&P.
