UKCAT vs UKCAT extended

Hi all!

I'm frantically trying to sit the UKCAT as I write up my PhD thesis in Atlanta, Georgia...talk about stress. Anyway, as I sign up through the pearson vue website, it gives me the option of either UKCAT or UKCAT extended...with no explanation of the difference. I've tried playing with the dates since my first thought was that the extended signified the extension of deadline to Oct 10th...it doesnt seem to be that though. I wonder if anyone can help...don't want to sign up for the wrong 'un!

thanks

Greg
