I live in West Yorksire near: Huddersfield, Bradford and Leeds.
I'm presuming Leeds has a venue to sit the UKCAT. Am i right?

They say no-one will be more than 20 miles away from a test centre so don't worry pet. You get a lot of choices when you apply online as to where you would like to sit the test. If you have sat your driving theory test then it will most likely be performed there as it's the same company implementing the UKCAT.

Yeah thanks tcdlewis - and actually my birthday is in August so I won't be sitting my driving theory test for a while yet.

Question Confused

Earlier in the very same thread it's advised that applicants for entry -09- should sit UKCAT next year & applicants for this year should do it from March - Sept this year.

Later on it is advised that entry for 09 should book it now and do it ASAP

I am not pointing fingers or anything here I am just wondering which statement is correct?

Thank you's!!

If you are applying this cycle i.e. 2008 cycle for starting uni in Sep 09 or deferring for Sep 10 then you have to take the UKCAT this cycle. It forms part of your application. If you plan to apply for cycle 2009 then take it in 2009.

Don't leave it until the last minute. I booked mine really late in September and there was only two or three time slots left in the venue closest to my home.
