    I dont know my predicted grades for A-level yet, but ive dropped maths, so im doing biology,chemistry n physics at Alevel.

    Which Med School im applying to:
    Leicester
    Newcastle
    Leeds
    Manchester or HYMS, im resitting gcse english to get into manchester, if my college lets me do the exam in november, if not, im applying 2 HYMS.
    im not gonna use my 5th or 6th choice. If i dnt get a offer for medicine, i'll take a gap year n reapply.

    Ive done 3 work shadow placements, one week in a GP surgery, one week in A&E, one week in Cardiology department.
    ive done some voluntary work in a disable kid's school.

    Predicted grades
    well for AS i was predicted all As but i sumhow managed to really fluff them up. so i'm dropping physics, and resitting a couple of modules in maths and spanish. therefore i have no idea what my A2 predcited grades are.

    how comes you need to reapply. i don't understand how a person with those grades and experience doesn't into medicine first time round

    It's not all about the grades! She does seem to have a lot of w/e too but there are lots of things you need to to get into med school. Lots of people with straight A*s at GCSE and straight As at AS don't get in first time, that's just the way it goes.
