    I got a question about the NHS...thought i'd done ok but u always think of stuff u could of said after...not sure, think my answer was a bit generic. everythin else was PS stuff for why swansea and why med, fingers crossed we find out soon

    I was on the first day of interviews, seems like an age at this point. Interview was ok, as it was for most others on the day - it appears they don't wish to be too tough. I had questions concerning colleague misconduct (I've encountered this question on more than one occassion so I suppose I was lucky), but they added a question about where I could go for advice about this issue as a doctor. Interestingly we were told that most people score highly on the interview, if I remember correctly a considerable surplus are categorised as 'recommend offer'.

    Does academics constitute degree classification only or is the reference incorporated?

    i think it's 80...i remember that being quoted as a ball park figure...but don't hold me to it
