I am one of the 2004 intake who's going into the final year now. I heard that there was talk of people coming down to look at accommodation in June. I have a four bedroom house in brynmill that needs tenants for next year.

The house has;

4 double bedrooms
Large kitchen with dish washer
Separate lounge
Wifi through out house
Bathroom with power shower plus theres extra toilet downstairs
Basement with washer, dryer, and room for bikes and surf boards
Garden to rear
10min to uni 10min to beach 5min to pub
