Hotels in Swansea preferably near Uni and Station?

I'm travelling down to Swansea for an interview on the 1st of feb. I live in N. Yorkshire so I'm gonna stay over night the night before. If anyone could give me some names and any other info for some hotels near either the station or the Uni or both if they're close I would be very grateful.
Cheers.

hey i live near swansea, your best bet is to stay near the station esp if you are catching a train down, i think the best one you can saty in, is the dragaon inn it is in the middle of the kingsway, but it is not near the uni!!

I reckon the dragons inn is the best bet.........I know it's nice and you never know what you're gonna get with some of the B&Bs! It will cost around £2 in a cab to uni. Just stay clear of the Dolphin hotel....heard bad things!

Did you get booked in somewhere JBB?

A N.Yorkshire lad? I'm originally from Durham, but am working down Souff before studying again this Sept (I hope). I've also got an interview @ Swansea, but a few days after yours. Did you actually get an itinery for your day? I didn't and I've noticed another post that states he didn't.
The very best of luck for your interview, although it looks like you've had some recent interview experience.
Kirk.
