That's a great link by Jools above. If you look at the list of bullit points, there should be 7 of them. I THINK that 6 of the 7 bullit points are the competancies thet they grade you on, with the 7th (ability to discuss isssues in medicine) being tested at interview, where they'll ask you about your opinion about something within the medical world happening at the moment.

Don't take any of this as gospel, as I'm getting it all from memory, but it should be a good starting point at least.

cheers. i hav actually showed my ps to an admin tutor b4 and they sed it was quite good. guess ill keep trying+writin+re-writting and do my best so hopefully ill at least get an interview for swansea! god knows i want to go there sooooo badly!

You might want to have a look at the Personal Statements and UCAS Forms forum. There are plenty of people there who are willing to have a look over your personal statement.

lol...I didn't go sorry. Too busy working to get enough money to start in September.
