hi, james. congrats on your interview! i'm just wondering whether your UCAS track was updated? i don't currently live at my given postal address so have to rely on somebody else to let me know if i've received mail. so just wondering whether i'd know if i've had an interview offer via UCAS track? cheers

Nope I got the invite through a letter that arrived at home this morning. I'm currently at uni so only found out about it when I got a phonecall from home saying I had an official looking letter for me and my Mum asked me if I wanted her to open it for me!

The letter invited me to interview as long as I'd met the GAMSAT requirements (60 overall with 55 in section 2 and 50/55 in the other 2 sections just in case you didn't know that yet, but I'm sure you probably do!)

when is ur interview james? That sounds kind of stupid on the letter they say "only come to interview if you've met the score" wouldn't they know your score already? This makes me think they just send this letter to everyone whos applied to St.George's irrespective of their GAMSAT score.

I've got mine on 18th Jan.

Yeah the GAMSAT comment did seem a bit strange, I assume that they have only offered interviews to people who got the cutoff, but have put that in just incase there's been a bit of a whoopsy with the results given to them?

I assume you've got an interview as well then AkumA? When's yours?

Anyone else heard anything from them yet?

Still waiting for mine. I only live 2.5 miles away from SGUL, so it must be traveling slowly, or the don't want me. <sob> <sniff> <sob>

Nothing for me either yet from Kings, Southampton, Swansea or SGUL. At least there's a degree of certainty with SGUL as they publish the cutoff.

I'm a 5 minute walk, they could literally throw the letter here! Maybe it's like pizza, the closer you live the later you get it

Hi everyone, this thread has been quiet for a while now but I just thought I'd wish everyone who has an interview coming up the best of luck. Its going to be strange to have a life which doesn't revolve around ucas when all this is over. It's really annoying not being able to make plans because you don't know for sure where you'll be. How's everyone coping??
