Anyone looking for somewhere to live?

Hello everyone!

I have two rooms to let in a really lovely, spacious and light flat in a converted victorian house in Brixton (Zone 2). Its nicely decorated throughout and each room comes with a new double bed, built in wardrobe and more than sufficient cat-swinging space, (i.e. a enough room to put your stuff, desk etc, in there!).

Its only a 5min walk to Brixton tube (on the Victoria line-20mins door to door from the flat to Topshop Oxford Circus!) or about 10-15mins to Clapham North (on the northern line) and buses run all day and all night to all parts of central London so getting around couldn't be easier (or much quicker!). Brixton is a really cool place to live with loads of stuff to do-gigs, bars, clubs, cinema etc.

I'm 24, female, starting medicine as a graduate on the 5 year course at Kings's in September (had offers for other GEP courses but liked it King's the best I guess!) and am just really keen to share with other medics, wherever you're studying, whatever stage you're at-would be nice to share similar stress levels this time next year when we're all pulling our hair out over exams!

There's loads more I can tell you but to save filling this up just drop me a line at:

k.a.phillips@hotmail.com

I'm quick to respond and I'll tell you anything you want to know about me and/or the flat!

Looking forward to hearing from you!!

Cheers,
Katie

P.s the rooms are avaliable from 21st June.
