Well in mine I was asked to talk for a few minutes about my project, what it was about, why it was done, what I found, etc. They ask questions about anything related to your project, so maybe a bit about the statistics, maybe about the results, maybe about some basic medical science concepts. But if you've actually done some work on your project and know it inside out - there's no problem at all. They just want to make sure you understand what you've written and the relevance of your project.
