That's a rejection without interview

I applied through Extra, and it seems to have been removed from there as well. Perhaps it was just a mistake, and they hadn't opted out in time.

Eli, congratulations on your offer from Kings, I'm sure you'll like it there. I've applied for Lancaster's Clinical Sciences BSc as my second Extra choice.

Am also going to see if I can get into COWA or Stow College, Glasgow, as they have access there as well.

Good luck to everyone still to have their interview,

I also applied through extra just on the off chance and called them to find out what the status was as I hadn't heard. The unsuccessful came up on UCAS a couple of hours later!
They also told me that they had already stopped taking applications even if it was on Extra still - but I had applied some 10 days before - I am awaiting the letter to tell me why I was rejected...

St Georges Foundation Year has the same deadline date as for the regular medicine course, and does not tend to go into extra or clearing. I think this is due to the dates of the interviews. Until the places are offered they appear to have places. As St Georges don't usually interview until late for this course, it means that it looks asthough there are still places open, when really they are more or less filled.
