Guys don't worry. I was on interview panels last year. We read your personal statement and your score at interview is how well you do at interview. We just use the personal statement so guide us in terms of interviewing you. Of course each panel will be a bit different in what they ask.
Don't know what the process is this year, I can't imagine it's that different although I hear that the interviewers don't have the PS in front of them during the interview or something? Is this right?
Just be truly aware what is actually involved in doing a medical degree and being a doctor. In terms of work experience - I have no idea where you got this 1 year rubbish from. We essentially want to know what you have done to find out what a medical career involves.
