well my nerves didnt hold me back at the 3 interviews in cambridge; even when i had to face a few challenging qs (lol- qs to which i hadnt given the best possible answer i suppose!!) from them. had always remained calm- prepared myself for the answer in my head- and spulrt it out of my mouth....keeping a normal, confident and enthusiastic mood!...and oh yes- never to sound monotonic. haha.
nah- i know i dont have to emphasise on sciences for st georges(pssst totaly opposite for camb)....and yes i know that they give more emphasis on my PS. so i really have to work on that.
1 last time i shud ask u guys justo confirm- can we all be sure about the fact that st georges wud never give us an ethical case study to argue upon in the interview?reapplying for medicine 2008 entry

I heard St.George's does ask ethical questions

I've got my interview the 8th of March. I had a choice between the 6th and the 8th. I don't think there will be more interviews after that.
I'm an IB student too, just had my English oral and my Swedish oral. The oral was a scary experience too.

Hey Anni!
Im an IB student!
Ooh - yeh, i just had my english oral - so glad its over!
It was very very hard as i got shakespeare! But other then that im very pleased its over and done with!
I guess we are the last package huh? ...
Can you believe how cool the offer for IB is? 32 points??
When most unis at least ask for 34-36... 32 is a blessing! hehe!

What? I thought the offer was 36 as for the other med schools (definitely a case of inductive fallacy). Not even Keele has this low of an offer! (34) I thought....I'm stunned. I've read that they do encourage IB students
Shakespeare? That's tough. I got Pride and Prejudice, which can be difficult too if you can't grasp it. I was so nervous though but I think it went well. I really hope the med school interview goes well too. I've really fallen for St. George's.
Oh and final exams coming up soon. I'm terrified of those but I think that orals are the worst part of IB, or more like the scariest part of IB
Good luck to our (I believe we both could use some luck) interviews!

Heya people just have to say don’t stress about the St George's interview. Obviously know the basic stuff, but at the end of the day enjoy it. Had mine today and I can honestly say the students at the school were awesome. So welcoming and helpful really created a positive atmosphere. Had a blast of a day meeting new people and the staff are just as approachable as the students. Well this is my opinion anyway. Truly St George's is the finest in the land. Good luck all and like I said enjoy it.
