To Percy: To be fair, all the questions listed above can be found in interview guides online or in a school liberary. And I didn't know they were the real questions until you got p'd off (so thanks for that, lol)
p.s. I wouldn't mind if you made the questions more challenging (e.g. more ethics based or science based)

- why medicine?
- why not nursing?
- what are the good things about being a doctor?
- what are the bad things about being a doctor?
- Organ donation questions
- Describe a good and a bad trait of yours
- if 2 of your colleagues were arguing, would you interfere?
- what the bad things (if any) of being on a team?
- what do you do to relieve stress?

very very very nice panel! im a happy chappie!

You may have your offer, but not everyone does. It isn't fair on people like me who have already been interviewed, but not offered, posting interview questions when george's is half way through interviewing the graduates.

Aside from being on top of current affairs and other such factual information, there is one essential key to interviews: know yourself.

Throw in the mental dexterity to apply this knowledge to whatever is put forward to you, and you will have a real fighting chance.

Naturally, it helps if you are the type of person who has actively applied themselves to the variety of experiences that are necessary in medicine - which, hopefully, we've all tried to do, having taken the step to apply. It ensures that there's enough of you for you to get to know and apply.

People focus so much on the specifics, like actual questions asked, that they forget the fundamental ingredients...

Is the interview just to see how your communication skills are and judge you ability on problem solving?
Is it just me or does UCL place a lot of emphasis on section 3 of BMAT (mine isn't great), they ask for the average on section 1 and 2 but they ask for 10 on section 3!
but anyways, is anyone's interview on the 20th of Feb?

You lot posting questions really are a bunch of muppets! You will do no-one any favours - (1) anyone who reads them and uses them (intentionally or not) in preparation will just come across as prepared in the interview, which will only go against them, and (2) you're essentially helping people cheat and (ok this will sound cliched as ****, but) you're helping to lower the standard of care in the future. It may seem harsh, but the interview questions are hidden for a reason, and it puts everyone on a level playing field.

Let's just hope you either sort it out in the next 4, 5, 6 yrs, or that none of us have to work with idiots like you!

Strippins - on the plus side they aren't talking about the GEP questions (at least i'm guessing so, given that their offers are A-level based).

Rant done...jeez

I'd agree with BarneyB here. As far as I'm concerned it comes down to the same principle of OSCE (clinical examination) confidentiality anyway - would you tell your friends what came up in the morning exam if they were set to have their one in the afternoon just to 'help them out'?
