Thought i would get a 2010 BM4 thread started as i havn't seen one yet! woooo

I'm applying! Soton is my top choice (if I get a choice!) - I'm an international, but I've done some research on their website, have the prospectus, youtubed the campus, and have gotten input from friends in Reading! Sounds great! I"m very excited - I hope to get in!

I'm an overseas applicant from Canada and I've applied to Soton also. Not looking forward to having to do an interview though...assuming I get an interview from every university, that would be 4 flights across the ocean.

I've also applied to Soton and they're one of my preferred 2 choices, so everything is crossed. Not sure if the lack of an interview is a good or bad thing though...

I was told they receive 300 international applications for 18 spaces. But I think that figure for BM5 and BM4 combined. So not exactly sure how many slots exclusively for GEP.

The trips are a chore because none of the interviews are in the same week, let alone the same week...

I'm a soton applicant, more because I couldn't think of a 4th choice and it seemed like one of the few places in the UK I could bear to live. But, medicine is medicine after all, so fingers crossed init.
