I think the "latest posts" box should be placed further up the screen - ideally directly below the user CP, above the newsletter, become a supporter, search, careers fair ad, and free medical video boxes as these are far LESS useful than the latest posts.

Isn't the doctors' mess for general discussion and then most of the threads something to do with medicine like medical news, medical specialities, medical interviews, medical application, medical textbooks...
