I think the same - feels like the posts are getting lost amongst the adverts. I suppose this is just the way things are going nowadays!

Get firefox and the Adblock extension for it. Its a bit fiddly but once you've set it up, it will get rid of all the ads and stuff in the way.

http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/
for firefox

https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/10/
for adblock

Definately prefer the old layout to this one.So much easier when u cud jus c whether there were any new posts under each sub-forum.Plunging all the medical schools together under 1 main forum means we have to visit each sub.....murder!

Hurm. It seems to take longer and longer to get to all the interesting posts every time I visit. I don't want software and PDAs. I'm a student! I buy such stuff off ebay if and when I require it. Makes it hard to tell people about the site too. "Medschoolguide. stick www one end and .com the other. tadaa!" Does what it says on the virtual tin and all. Guide, to med schools. New Media Medicine sounds a bit... well, a bit like the names we used to use in Young Enterprise at school. Sounds good, but what does it actually *do*?

Yes, I'm a crotchety old bag who doesn't like change. Don't eat me

Hi folks, thanks for the feedback. Sorry things have gone a bit haywire.

I'll change some things back to how they were before, i.e.:

- login and latest posts on the left instead of right
- latest posts on the forum index

Anything else people would like?

Aww glad the Uk med schools section has been modified to it's original ways !

Jus a suggestion but perhaps u cud do the same for the UK med school admissions section, which from experience and looking at the no. of ppl viewing it rite now it does seem v popular, and really it was 1 of the most useful sections for me when i was applying. So, mayb show new posts under PS and UCAS forms and Interviews?
