Whose applied for 2010?

I just got an interview offer! 27th Jan in Kuala Lumpur. This might be because i'm international. It might be different for the uk people. Anyone has any advice on what to watch out for?

it's in malaysia! and i also got my soton interview next monday also in kuala lumpur. ahh. I hope i get one from aberdeen. but supposing i do get offers from those 3, i'm not really sure which to go to. i'll wait until i get offers then pray about it

Congratz on any interviews you guys got!

Iv still heard nothing from sheffield or leeds, better than a rejection though :P

Sorry i didnt reply before, i picked sheffield because i loved the course and the city really.
The course isnt quite PBL i think, its same simmilar idea but they make sure when you leave, your going away to learn the right stuff, not a load of things that you dont need right now.
The citys dead nice too (the greenest city in the UK apparently:P) just a few minutes away are the pennines which are really nice and i quite like walking in the hills n things so thats good.
The student union is one of the best in the country too and its not too far away and not too close to where i live now.

Hey relax man. You will do fine. Everything takes into account
1. Personal Statement
2. Reference Letter
3. A Level Predicted
4. GCSE grades
5. AS Levels
6. UKCAT

GCSE grades are only a small fraction in determining whether you will get into the uni or not.

yeah but most ppl have already had an interview or an interview invite :S

I rang them up tofay and they said my name was still on file, it had been sent to them from assessors. They said the last interviews are at the end of march and they give about 2 weeks notice, so we have until around mid-march to hear back; so i guess we shouldnt start worrying YET
