has anyone sent theirs back? i didnt want to do it incase i changed my mind about what i wanted to do, but at the same time i dont want to not get tickets because theyve all sold out!

I've sent it off for the Freshers Ball simply because that's the one that going to be sold out earliest.
The others, I may go to, but I'm gonna wait until I get to Sheffield and see what people I meet, find out more about the parties etc before I book any tickets for them.
I'm guessing we'll only find out about the Medics parties once we've joined the MedSoc and get notices from them.
Also, I've heard tell of a Medics' Ski Trip and hopefully will be able to go (it's in March/April time if last year's trip is anything to go by).

You can find out about the two big medics' events this year now..
First is the big one - the Four Legged Fancy Dress Pub Crawl. 19th Oct - allegedly the biggest pub crawl ever.
The ball - 3rd November. Cutlers' Hall - very swank, fairly good fun.
The pub crawl is the diamond though - won't mention what hideous conconction I'll be wearing yet.Last edited by Dan1979; 09-09-2006 at 05:45 PM.
