Rhinoplasty is actually surgical nose work, either for cosmetic or medical reasons. There is nothing non-surgical about it!

Tends to involve a surgical chisel and hammer arrangement, I seem to recall.

There does appear to be a non-surgical version of it although I'm not sure from reading this how effective it would be.

Since ive just completed my medical terminology course today I must put it to use (even though others have the right answer too!):
Rhino = nose
Plasty = surgical repair
Yeah!
