somebody help!!
Hello nice people,
I am a senior resident in Nigeria (Associate Fellow of the West African and National Postgraduate colleges, Faculty of radiology).
Can i take to be permitted to broaden my knowledge in radiology (in the USA) before returning to my country for my final Fellowship exams? If yes what steps can i take to achieve this? Please include advice on visa requirements and addresses of hospitals likely to accept individuals like me.

To apply for a U.S. residency position in radiology, one must usually have the following:-
Exams: USMLE Step 1, USMLE Step 2 CK, USMLE Step 2 CS before applying for a position in the U.S.
Paperwork: After obtaining the ECFMG certificate, most hospitals sponsor only the J-1 work visa. This has a two-year home requirement when it expires.
Good luck!Scottish Chap
