Nuclear Medicine

Hello

I'm an intern in nuclear medicine in France.
I think to go to work in USA after passing USMLE steps;
I wanted to know if Nuclear Medicine is a different specialty from Radiology in USA? Is it possible to be a physician in nuclear medicine in USA without being physician in Radiology? How much about earns a physician in nuclear medicine in USA each month? Is it more or less than a physicain in Radiology? Is nuclear medicine a competitive specialty? For example is it difficult to obtain a residency or a fellowship in nuclear medicine? How many years is it?
Thank you for your answers.
