Hey Frazzo,

I started when I was 24 and was totally considered an oldie. Queens doesnt have a lot of 'mature' mature students unfortunately lol You'll be fine though, everyone is nice.

If you're from Belfast anyway - you'll be fine. Its a bit of a shock for people not from NI as EVERYONE goes home at the weekend!!!

yeah the culchies are mad for going home. Was the same when I studied in Portstewart...

There are quite a few graduates around the 24-28 mark. I started at 29 and was one of the oldest, but not THE oldest. You will be fine. After a while, graduates and school leavers all hang out together anyway...they do in my year anyway. Also, after the first few months, the going home business gets tired and more people end up staying. Just dont stay in halls or it will be empty, and for a 30 plus yr old, awful. Oh, and its a rip off
