    I was seriously freaking out on sunday when i realised that they had already given out offers, so I foned med admissions earlier today and I was told that I will be getting an unconditional offer (Im a reapplicant) on wednesday morning Im so happy! Hearing that I had got an offer really made my day

    Congrats on getting an offer too....im sure your well chuffed! Hopefully we will both be first year medics next year....fingers crossed!

    Well done on getting a cardiff offer too...

    Has anyone heard anything recently/ does anyone know when the next batch of offers are being given out?
    And does anyone have an idea of the cut off this year?

    Havnt heard of anyone else hearing back from Queens since Xmas. My careers teacher said they usually give out a 2nd batch in Feb but havnt this year. So hopefully it will be in the next few days/weeks. They will have to give them out by 31st March anyway. You could always try to ring admissions but I doubt they would want to commit to a specific date so they may not tell you much.

    Dont really know what the cut off this year is. Everyone over 37pts seemed to have gotten an offer at Xmas. And everybody I know 33pts or under got a rejection at Xmas. Although I think i saw someone on here with 33pts either got an offer/still hasnt heard back (cant really remember but have a feeling it was a graduate entry so they would be treated slightly differently to school leavers). So considering the amount of people who seem to have gotten rejected at Xmas, no news is definitely good news at this stage!
