I'm torn between choosing to apply to more competative hospitals in e.g. london, where I anticipate the pace of work to be more hectic than, fr example, the peninsula deanery.

What is more important when choosing a deanery - making your life easier or a good career move?

And if I spent F1 and 2 in the southwest, how easy/difficult would it be to get specialty training in london?
