F1 Northern Ireland
Hi all! I'm coming from a Med School outside Northern Ireland and I'm slightly concerned that there will be very few in the same boat (no pun intended!)! I'm hoping there'll be a good mix of junior docs but the lack of posts/ facebook groups etc about F1 in NI seems odd...I think every other deanery has some way for people to get in touch with others before they reach their deanery! Is it that the vast majority of F1s are Queen's grads who know each other and have all the insider knowledge already?!
Also, is it true that final year Queen's students are known as F0s?
Thanks!

I know a few people (who are from Northern Ireland) who went to medschool in the UK and are going back to NI for F1. There probably will be some sort of facebook group somewhere although it may well be hidden for some reason. My foundation school's facebook group was hidden and then reappeared but will probably be hidden again when we start for professional reasons.
