Good morning,

after doing some research into UK medical system, i have some questions which i would like to ask in the forum.
I did my exams in Germany in December 2010, and until June 2012 i'll be having one year job experience. I am planning to apply for Specialist Training Program 2013 and thought, maybe until then i can do one year F2 stand alone jobs to get used to UK medical system.

1. Is LAT jobs equal to F2 stand alone post?
2. Will LAT be recognized when you apply for Core or Specialist Training?
3. Are F2 stand alone jobs only advertised in NHS jobs,
or are they advertised somewhere else (e.g. in deaneries website)?
