If you mean as a UK school leaver, there are none. It's entirely graduate entry in the states and you have to do an undergraduate degree (preferably in the states: you'll have to take some courses there anyway) and sit some tests before you'll be admitted. Entry is similarly competitive to the UK.
Carribean schools such as St George's may be a different story.

I agree with this post. There is no such thing as an easy medical school in the U.S. Most medical schools receive around 3000-7000 applications for just 100-200 places. All of those people have an undergraduate degree and they have taken the Medical College Admissions Test (all day exam in college physics, chemistry, biology, organic chemistry, verbal reasoning, and writing).

I am an interviewer for my own medical school, and I can tell you that we interview 750 applicants (out of >3000) for 150 places and all of them are all very impressive on paper, and they are mostly impressive in person.

Caribbean medical schools should not be confused with North American medical schools. They are not American medical schools, because they are not accredited by the LCME. The 'best' two are St. George's in Grenada, and Ross in Dominica. Both have an excellent track record for placing graduates in residency positions. The entry standards are a little lower, but they do have standards. I have a friend who was educated in Grenada, he did very well, and he is now an attending (consultant) physician. Other Caribbean schools like St. Mathews, SABA, Xavier etc. have lower standards and have been known to accept students who can pay for it. Most don't ask for the MCAT. The attrition rate is much higher and, while some dedicated and highly-motivated students have found success there, those medical schools are not for the faint-hearted.

I hope that helps a little.

You'll never find a straight-forward answer to this question. It depends almost entirely on your MCAT and GPA. The best you can do is pick up a copy of MSAR. That will show you the average accepted MCAT and GPA for every North American school. Typically, applicants use this as a rough guide and apply to programs where their numbers fall within the acceptable range.

As for applying for residency: yes, residency directors know without a doubt where you attended medical school.
