Asking what the top ten of anything is is pretty subjective. It might be better asking 'What are the Top Ten Premed Schools for me?"
First of all work out what you are looking for in a Premed school. For example, are you looking for a school with fees that fit in with your budget or is money no object? Are you looking for the best school academically, or the best school for individual tuition. Perhaps you are looking for the top ten premed schools by MCAT score?
One objective way of ranking medical schools is to look at a survey by a reputable company such as the recent top medical schools by US News.
How are you ranking your premed schools? Do you have a personal top 10 premed schools list that you would like to share? Post a repsonse to this thread.
UCLA, UC-Berkley, and U. of Michigan are the best in terms number of graduates matriculating into medical school.
And for a relative comparison, U of Michigan matriculates more graduates into a medical school than Michigan State, Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio State COMBINED. (or so I was told by an admissions director)

True, realistically. But you never know. Probably some one will drop out next week, but the chances are not all of us will make it and possibly just even one or two.. you never know though, you have...
That's all it is :( We might not get a shot at medicine because there's somebody else who can fit shapes into patterns a tiny bit better than us. Oh well...I don't want to give up hope, but...
