PLAB 1 writing in June 2012

I am writing my PLAB 1 exam in June 2012. I am new and havn't done any study.

can any one help that usually how long one should prepare for exam,
what are the good study material that one can use during short preparation duration
what is good score to get on PLAB 1 that can help to secure position for job/ residency

not sure if i can answer your queries as i am starting to prepare for june myself. But in anycase one needs to give one's best for the best shot and the rest will fall into place. I am looking for a 'study partner' if you would be interested? I am repicking the books after a long gap but i am keen on getting this done. just curious... r u based in canada as ur location suggests? i am in UK.

hellow everyone , Iam planning to take the plab 1 exam in June , hopfully
well , now Iam staying in the UK and I have the same questions as u said previously .
