i read ur question n to b true i m xactly not sure wat r u asking....i mean history of illness.....if it is then its imp to ask da patient about the onset,duration,intensity,occurence.aggravating n relieving factors,wat time of the day is its peak...........u can mail me at salman_khan72@hotmail.com n can ask me xactly wat u want to know..i will try to help u out.......best of luck......byeeeeeeee
