Just wondering whether my score is enough to apply to QMUL & KCL.Any idea? As I am living in Sri Lanka it will be helpful if u people say somethind about this.

I would say go for it...having an average 600+ score is a respectable score and besides i would think the more important part of the application would be the personal statement. so work hard on that and you should be fine..

It is decided on a year by year basis, and is dependant upon the scores of the candidates and the number of candidates we would like to interview. As such, the cut off score changes every year. We use the UKCAT very heavily, as we use it to determine who we are going to interview. The decision to apply is left up to you. Kind Regards,Admissions.''

I really belive you should apply to places where you know you have a higher chance of getting in. I mean you have to start questioning yourself about whether you really want to do medicine cuz if you do then where you go to study it should not really be a problem.....600+ is definitely a respectable score but the question is are you willing to risk it....xxx

Hi just wondering if anybody has experienced this particular mess up.
I sent my UCAS form off yesterday and just this minute I realised that I forgot all about putting on my UKCAT Score! What a fool!

I know its pretty much accepted that that pearson send it to the unis but if I phoned UCAS tomorrow and asked them to put it on would they do it do you think? Would it mean that my application was therefore submitted as late?

Its not majorly important I know, since it is sent but just thought I'd ask if anyones experienced the same. Thanks guys.

i put mine on. i phoned UCAS about it cos under ur choices it had the warning thing to say that the courses needed the UKCAT test. and they said to open UKCAT as a seperate school and put down your average as the grade.

Well I put my UKCAT score down as "Entrance Exams" or something like that. I had an option to then choose UKCAT as the exam and enter module marks and the overall average.

Well I phoned UCAS and they said that pearson do send confirmation but it is important to let the universities you're applying to know that you've actually taken the UKCAT so it was suggested that I email the unis.
